Dubai South, the largest urban master development focusing on aviation, logistics, and real estate, has inaugurated a new facility for TLM Logistics, at the Logistics District.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Tariq Badri, Director- Business Development & Investor Relations at the Logistics District, Dubai South and Rajesh Keshwani, Chairman, TLM International Freight Services LLC, as well as other senior executives from both entities.

Spanning approximately 465,000 square feet, the new facility ranks among the UAE’s largest dedicated chemical logistics hubs. Designed with best-in-class infrastructure, it features advanced racking systems, WMS automation, DM1 super-flat flooring for VNA operations, and robust firefighting systems including foam and sprinklers. The facility also includes segregated, air-conditioned DG chambers to ensure maximum safety and compliance. Together, these capabilities will enable TLM Logistics to deliver comprehensive supply chain solutions with unmatched efficiency and reliability.

Services at the new hub include specialised 3PL warehousing for both Dangerous Goods (DG) and Non-DG cargo, compliant with several UN Classifications. The facility also offers end-to-end freight forwarding solutions covering documentation, customs clearance, and full-chain cargo management. In addition, value-added services such as labelling, barcoding, palletisation, and repackaging enhance supply chain optimisation, while clients benefit from real-time visibility and control through an advanced WMS automation platform.
